Set build in Bay Studios 2021
This set was build in Bay Studios, Swansea in January/February of 2021. Construction budget was £30k, which included all wall coverings, carpets, windows and doors (bought second hand), tiling and the labour to install.
We had £25k for dressing the bathroom, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and the hallway.
